On 23 March 2011, Beauvue was loaned for the 2011–12 Ligue 2 season to Chateauroux. He made his 1st start against Guingamp and scored 10 goals in 37 matches during the Ligue two campaign, with Chateauroux exercising their option to make the loan deal permanent.
Beauvue was born in Guadeloupe and shifted to France at a young age. He was remembered to the Guadeloupe national team in 2008 and scored his 1st goal for them in 2016 against Suriname.
On 18 January 2020, Beauvue signed an 18-month contract with Deportivo de La Coruña. He scored 2 goals in their final match of the season against Fuenlabrada (2-1). This match was postponed from the final matchday on 20 July. He (who was on holiday) travelled from the other side of the world to A Coruna for playing the game on 7 August as it was postponed very late. Despite the expatriation of Deportivo to Segunda B, he decided to stay at the club.
