Patrice Emery Trovoada (born 18 March 1962) is a Sao Tomean politician who was PM of Sao Tomean and Príncipe from November 2014 to December 2018. He recently filled in as PM from February 2008 to June 2008 and again from August 2010 to December 2012. 

Trovoada was brought into the world in Libreville, Gabon. He is the child of Miguel Trovoada, who was Leader of São Tomean and Príncipe from 1991 to 2001, and was named after Patrice Lumumba, the main Head administrator of Congo (Léopoldville). He concentrated in Portugal and France. 

He filled in as the Priest of International concerns from September 2001 to 4 February 2002. He was additionally oil counsel to President Fradique de Menezes until Menezes terminated him in May 2005, asserting that Trovoada had utilized his situation to propel his business advantages. 

Trovoada is Secretary-General of Independent Democratic Action (ADI), an ideological group. He ran for President in the July 2006 official political race; however was crushed by Menezes, the occupant president.
