On the red carpet from Kelly's VMA debut, Fox, 35, donned a pristine Mugler gown with crystals, a decorative thong, and a nude corset bra. The dress appears to be inspired by Rose McGowan's famed "bare" VMAs gown from 1999.

Kelly (real name Colson Baker, 31) debuted her new Instagram Stories makeup before of her red carpet appearance. In a bright red metallic suit with pearl details on his face, the rapper made a statement.
