Shaher Abdulhak (brought into the world c. 1938) is a Yemeni businessman. Perhaps quite possibly the most discussed businessman in Yemen because of his prominent fellowships with high-positioning authorities.

In 1963 Abdulhak established the organization "Shaher Exchanging", an endeavour engaged with petrol, sodas, the travel industry and property. Abdulhak is known as the "Ruler of Sugar" in Yemen, where he holds incredible impact likewise strategically.

He is a close companion of president Ali Abdullah Saleh. Notwithstanding his noticeable situation in Yemeni society, Abdulhak is media-timid; he never allows interviews and no photograph of him have at any point been imprinted in the neighbourhood press. In December 2009, his image appeared without precedent for public media when Norwegian paper VG printed a private photo of him.

In December 2010, VG revealed that a gathering of chosen delegates in the Norwegian Parliament has kept in touch with Shaher Abdulhak's business associations, including Coca-Cola and Mercedes Benz-producer Daimler AG, Whirlpool, Philips, Xerox and Clorox, mentioning they survey their business connections. On 16 December 2010, VG affirmed that Daimler AG had served notice to end its dissemination contract with Joined Designing and Car Co. Ltd. On 15 February 2011, a letter to the chosen agents from Abdulhak was distributed by Norwegian media, purportedly compromising the delegates with legitimate activity.
