Vasil Krumov Bozhkov is a Bulgarian businessman

Vasil Krumov Bozhkov is a Bulgarian businessman and oligarch, considered the most extravagant Bulgarian with a fortune assessed at somewhere in the range of 1 and 3 billion Bulgarian levs. He is Known by the nickname The Skull, in interior correspondence of the US State Division he was depicted as "the most scandalous criminal in Bulgaria." 

Bozhkov graduated from the the National High School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Sofia. He has two educations – specialty "Applied Mathematics" at Sofia University and "Labor Economics" at UNWE.

Bozhkov began his business in 1989 close to the Magura candy store in Sofia, where cash, collectibles and weapons are wrongfully sold. He before long opened a chain of trade offices. 

In 1991 he enrolled his fundamental organization Nove Holding, in which he is the biggest investor and since 2005 – administrator of the top managerial staff. In 1991, Bozhkov turned into a cooperate with Iliya Pavlov and Mladen Mihalev-Majo in the betting organization IGM. He opened a gambling club in the Rila Inn in Sofia. Starting at 2007, he co-claimed the club at Radisson SAS and Hemus and the bingo halls. In 1994, Bozhkov opened the Bulgarian Commercial Industrial Bank, which in 1996–1997 converged with Credit Gathering of Multigroup. In 2000, he purchased the resources of the bankrupt First Private Bank. In 2006, Bozhkov purchased the previous HD Streets privatization store through the stock trade. The primary investor in Holding Streets is ABV Designing, which is possessed by Nove Worldwide (an auxiliary of Nove Holding). Through Holding Streets, Bozhkov purchased an enormous piece of the territorial state street development organizations, which were recently possessed by the Overall Directorate of Streets. 

Toward the finish of 2007, while designating the overflow of the public financial plan and communicating questions about the objectivity of the conveyance, Vasil Bozhkov's organizations took 47.7 million levs from the cash apportioned under the Conservative Street Framework Fund.

In 2006, the Clean magazine Wprost assessed Bozhkov's fortune at $1 billion, in 2007 at $1.5 billion, and in 2008 at $1.35 billion.
